Business Management Trainee, Future Superstar!!
Tom joined the Davison team following completion of A-Levels in summer. He’s one of a growing number of kids that want to dive straight in to work, rather than pursue further education.
Having spent time earlier in the year with the team, we liked Tom and Tom liked us. So, we are grateful to have this passionate young man within our ranks. It’s a real boost for our business and we’re excited to help him develop his skills and watch him grow into a successful young businessman.
He learns quickly, listens intently and restores our faith in the youth of today. Show him once, and it is locked in. A great lad to be around and a star in the making.
For his sins, Tom is an avid Leeds United supporter (a real one…home, away, thick and thin!!). He also spends his spare time coaching football at DSC Elite Academy.
He loves the coffee in the office and regularly depletes the Nespresso capsules!!
A genuinely decent young man.
